Fourteen days,
no reason required.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
If AnalystForge is not what you wanted, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you. You do not have to explain why, and we are not going to ask you to prove you tried hard enough.
01The 14-day window
You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to ask for a refund. No reason required. It is not conditional on how much of the question bank you have worked through, how many sessions you logged, or what your readiness score says.
This is a commercial promise we are choosing to make, not a legal minimum we are meeting. We would rather you buy without weighing up whether you can get your money back.
We also offer a free tier, permanently, with ten questions per topic. Trying it first costs nothing and is the fastest way to find out whether the product suits how you study.
02Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
The 14-day window is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not replace them, limit them, or start a clock on them.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty, is not as described, or does not do what we said it does, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement — and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a major failure you choose the remedy.
Those rights do not expire after 14 days. If you hit a real problem in month six, the Australian Consumer Law still applies and so do we. Email us.
03How to ask
Email hello@analystforge.app from the email address you used to buy, and say you want a refund. That is the whole process.
If you have to write from a different address, include the purchase email so we can find the transaction. We may ask one question to confirm it is really your purchase — that is an anti-fraud check, not an attempt to talk you out of it.
If something is wrong with the product rather than just not for you, telling us what it was genuinely helps. It is not required.
04What happens next
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request. In practice it is usually the same day we read the email — 5 business days is the outside limit we hold ourselves to, not a queue you are joining.
The refund goes back through Stripe to the original payment method — the card or account you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else, because we never held the money in a form that would let us. Once Stripe has sent it, how long it takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank, and is usually a few business days.
We will email you when the refund has been issued.
05What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, your paid access is revoked. Your account drops back to the free tier, and your study history stays where it is — so if you later decide to buy again, you are not starting from an empty slate.
If you want the account itself deleted as well, say so in the same email and we will do both. See the privacy policy for what deletion covers.
06There is no part-refund, because there is no part-access
AnalystForge is a one-time purchase. Access is permanent — no renewal, no expiry, nothing to cancel partway through.
That means there is no pro-rata or partial refund to calculate. There is no unused portion of a subscription, because there is no subscription. A refund is the full amount you paid, or it is nothing.
It also means deferring a sitting costs you nothing. You do not need a refund to pause; your access is still there in the next exam window.
07If we get it wrong
If you asked for a refund and we did not deal with it properly, reply to the same thread and say so. If you are still not satisfied you can take it up with the consumer protection agency in your state or territory, or with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. We would much rather fix it first.
08Contact
Refund requests and questions both go to hello@analystforge.app. We read every email.
